We will position one of our experienced HR professional at the client site and take up the responsibility of total HR function of the employee life cycle, which include recruitment, on boarding, reviewing the existing HR practices and redefining where necessary, define rules and regulations, time office management, payroll management, statutory compliance, discipline management, apprenticeship management, contract labour management and all other HR related issues. Senior leadership of the company will monitor the performance of the person positioned at the clients place.
